Partnership in Action
ORCA collaborates with communities, agencies, nonprofits, and regional organizations to support destination development, outdoor recreation economies, and long-term community development across Appalachian Ohio. Together, these partnerships help strengthen regional coordination, expand investment opportunities, and position Appalachian Ohio as a destination for outdoor recreation and long-term growth.

Regional Development Partnerships
ARC POWER partnerships with ACEnet, Buckeye Trail Association, Visit Athens, and regional communities support destination development, outdoor recreation economies, and long-term regional investment strategies.
Multi-State Collaboration
ORCA collaborates with the Pennsylvania Wilds Center for Entrepreneurship and West Virginia University through the ARC ARISE initiative to strengthen tourism, outdoor recreation, and economic development across Appalachia.
Public Land & Infrastructure
ORCA works with the Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) and Wayne National Forest to support outdoor recreation infrastructure, trail development, and regional planning initiatives across Appalachian Ohio.
Convening & Research Initiatives
ORCA hosts the Ohio Outdoor Recreation Economy Conference (OOREC) and partners with the Economic Recovery Corps Program to advance research, cross-sector collaboration, and sustainable outdoor recreation economies.
